chest work out I have been doing for awhile. using the weight that I use for example
failure sets usually run about 6-15 reps. Dip failure sets are go till I cant possiablly support myself anymore.

Every 2 weeks I switch from Incline press's and flys to flatbench press and flys and vice versa. incline reverse grip press switched with flat reverse grip.

wow bro...to much failure in there for me...not sure what the reps is on ur fails...but if i or u or some of the guys here did this ...we would be lifting tons and recovery would be a B. but if it works i dont blame ya.

rev grip bench is alot like rev grip lat pulls or rows..just diff angle...dont do them much but they r a change from the norm

Typically they are 6-15 reps and 15 usually doesnt happen much. but I start out heavy with low reps those are typically 6-8 reps and from there as i go down then reps go up but honestly never really break 12 reps very often at all, so they arent your typical burn the shit outta the muscle 15-20 reps like a lot of failure sets. And it has definately sparked some very nice growth and strength gains. And i usually do chest twice a week so recovery time isnt to bad for me.

they have worked wonders on building up my upper inner chest, which is wherei have been under developed for years. and as far as inclining the reverse grip thats kind of a twist i put on it, not really sure if anyone else does the incline version but i know several peeps do the fla bench reverse grip

2x a week? Sounds like you have a great recovery capacity bro! That is a gift. Looks solid and is working for you- I gotta remember the reverse grip bench, been a long while
