Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter (not chunky style)
1 cup corn flakes
3/4 cup Whey protein powder
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened coconut, toasted

Combine the peanut butter, corn flakes, protein powder, brown sugar and chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Work the mixture with your hands to combine well.
Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture and roll into golf ball size balls. Roll them in the toasted coconut to coat the outside.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Any idea what the calorie/macro breakdown is? Sounds really good!

The original recipe called for Soy protein and sweetened Coconut, I've only made them with Whey and unsweetened coconut.
So I'm sure my version has more protein and less calories then listed below (I could figure this out if you want me too, just dont have time right now)

This is what is listed with the original:

Makes 25 balls
Each ball contains:
Calories 133
Fat 8 g
Saturated Fat 3 g
Protein 9 g
Fiber 1 g
Carbohydrate 11 g

That's not bad. Thx.
