Ok first I suppose I should run through my training history.
I used to lift heavy and religiously for about 6 years. I had done a few cycles during this time frame with pretty respectable strength gains. I decided to switch things up and train/compete in mma for about 2 and a half years. During that time frame I did not use any sort of AAS or any other type of enhancer. In my years of lifting, while making significant strength gains I could never really cut up but after my training switch I found that I could cut up reasonably well but as I'm noticing now that I've gotten back into lifting, my strength has diminished immensely.
I've taken some time to evaluate my training and I feel I've got a good approach as to how my body develops with different training types to get myself where I want to be which is in the mid to low teens i. Bf. Currently I'm running at about 22 percent. I plan on whittling myself back down to at least 18 before I start another cycle to help recover some of my lost strength gains.
I currently have enough var to run two 12 week cycles at 12.5 mg daily (they're 50mg tabs and that's the smallest I can possibly split or bite them into) and I do have nolvadex that I was told if I took every other morning before training that it would help to cut some of the stubborn fat from my thighs that I can never seem to shed (even when I leaned out pretty well during my mma training my thighs were far from where I would've liked them to be. I guess it's the plight of being a woman!)
Just wondering if anyone had any input as to what I could change or add.to a 12.week cycle to make itany more effective for leaning out while still making strength gains? Maybe winny or primo? Something else entirely perhaps? Any input on the nolvadex usage or effectiveness (perhaps I was told wrong?)
