Just curious if you all hold your breath while doing sets of 5's in the military press. I seem to hold it for the first 3 to stay tight, and then take a breath for 4 and 5.
How do you breathe in on the push? I can breathe out or hold my breath on the push, but it seems almost impossible to take a deep breath while pushing weight overhead. I defer to your extensive powerlifting knowledge, and if there is a secret to it and it works, I wanna know about it.
