Leg Press. Ok I know its random haha. I know everyone is at different levels etc but I was just curious to see what everyone can press. Not a max out, between a 8-15 rep range. I'm starting to think I'm not pushing myself hard enough. I only press 4 45 plates, 180. I also see other women only throwing 10s on or I see like 4 plates per side! This is just for fun and thanks for the responses ahead of time

My wife, SS, squatted 500x2 raw but I don't know what she can leg press... probably a small subdivision, lol.

My wife is 7wks out from her next show and hit 3 Sets x 15 reps with 4 plates per side this morning. High and wide for hammies no less. She's 5' and 119lbs.

If I may give my opinion, ladies... Peachazz, if you are using full range of motion, no bouncing, and squeezing at the top, then 2 plates per side can be a very effective weight. It's not all about how much weight you can move.

That's not only impressive strength but endurance as well. Anything above 10 reps with heavy cpd leg exercises is brutal.

I used to warm up with the boys max. I have very very strong legs. What got me ****ed are my bad knees.
