Feeling strong and the scale actually started going down again! I was 270 this morning even after 2 small glasses of water. That is the lightest I have been in at least 6 years. I guess I'm only officially down 10lbs. but my pants have been getting looser even with the scale stall. As I suspected my side pinch test has gone down 5mm in two months. I'm not completely certain I hit the exact same spot so this time I made note of a spot about an inch from a mole. :) I can repeat the spot next time now.

I bumped the Havoc to 30mg 1 hour before my workout. Can't quite tell if it is doing anything yet but it is only my 5th day. Skipped yesterday with the MT2 but took 1/2mg today along with 200mcg GHRP-6 postWO.

Started to walk around a lawn yesterday to look at a piece of equipment and it was slick. I decided it wasn't a good idea and turned around. Blam! Flat on my back quick! I tucked my head so I wouldn't hit it. Don't really notice pain from it. I guess it help to be well padded. :)

Slacked on my cardio a little this week. I dropped another pound since Wednesday and sitting at 269 this morning. Feel better about the 5th rep of 420 on PGDL so will move up next week.

Will stay with 30mg ED of Havoc this week. I'm getting some good pumps with this combos. Also getting some pumps/cramps. I just raised my arm over my head last night and my bicep cramped but it was more like a intense pump.

Saturday: 2/12
Parallel Grip Deadlifts 420x5
Supinated Pulldowns 150x9--5lbs increase same reps.
DB Rows 104.5x8--2.5lbs increase same reps.
Single Leg Calf Raises 58x12--6lbs. increase. Will repeat

Cardio 20mins 133BPM Avg. 260Cals

Sunday: 2/13
BB Incline Bench 215x8--1 rep increase
BB Flat Bench 215x9 Drop set 135x15--5lbs and 1 rep increase
Dips Elbows out 13xBW, Elbows in 9xBW--1 rep increase on both
Pushdowns 75x9
Hammer Curls and blow out with Concentrated Curls
L-Fly 10x12
Cardio 20mins 129BPM Avg. 217Cals

Took a week and a half off. I needed a break from it all. I had a family issue that had to be dealt with and needed rest. I kept the Test and Mast up but dropped the Havoc.

Got back at it this weekend and did my normal workouts but the work sets were a little lighter and just burn outs. Started adding the Havoc back in too. I will take my next workout a little bit easy and then hit it hard next weekend. Cardio starting back up this week.

Weighed in at 265lbs. this morning so down 15lbs.

Good to see you back at it again brother

Taking some time off is great for a recharge so when you do return to the gym the rebound will be quite satisfying

Sorry I haven't been updating but I hurt my back about 2 weeks ago. I was just on my 3rd warm-up set of deads. I have had it happen before and knew I would be fine if I just rested.

Well the back is feeling better so I eased back into today. I ran through both my normal weekend workouts in one day but just did a couple of sets and repped out the last set. I stopped the Epi while I was off. I kept the Test and Mast up.

Monday 3/14:
Cardio 20min Avg. BPM 125 Cals 211

Sunday 3/20:
Cardio 20min Avg. BPM 131 Cals 255
Cardio 21min Avg. BPM 131 Cals 265 A little hike at the wildlife reserve.

Week Total Cardio 3 sessions 1hr 1min Cals 731

nothing worse than a hurting back. glad that you rested it! just look at all the cardio you are getting in :)

Problem is that I was getting 2hrs or more of cardio in before. :)

My sister-in-law work for an eye doctor and I got some referrals. One looks really good. I hope to hear from them this week. If I'm a candidate, I will have to get on a donor list and wait. Don't know the typical wait time.
