good mass and strength cycle

hi everyone,looking for a good mass and strength cycle.I have been lifting for many years now mostly bodybuilding .Im 49 years old,5ft7in 198lbs,bodyfat between 5to 9%.I have always ate clean,former army ranger so i always ran and stayed in great shape.I have now switched to powerlifting about 1year ago and want to add strenth and a little mass.I have done 3 cycles in the past,test,d-bols,deca and winstrol,ireally got shreeded when i came off the d-bols and the winstrol actually helped me stay strong,my b.f.was 5%.But now im looking for power,any help would be great,,dont mine pinning more if i have to.thanks to all

Honestly, no matter what cycle you choose, you will have to eat like a powerlifter to maximize strength gains. I know you want to stay shredded and around 200, but to truly realize your strength and power potential, you need to supply your body with the building blocks it needs. I would roughly suggest 400-500 grams of carbs, 300-400 grams of protein, and 150-200 grams of healthy fats, each day. This equates to approx. 4200-6000 calories per day. Have you ever seen a shredded powerlifter? They are exceedingly uncommon. More powerlifters look like Chris Farley than Chris Rock. Just my .02

If you want to stay lean, but increase your strength, then run test with tren, and throw in anavar at 50-100mg ED. The test/tren stack might look something like this:

weeks 1-12: test e 750mg/wk
weeks 1-10: tren e 400mg/wk
weeks 9-12: var 50-100mg/ED

You'll put on some weight and clearly get stronger, but you'll still stay pretty lean.

Now if you wanna look and lift like a PL, then run: test/deca/drol

yeah that sounds about right,im already taking in about 3300 to 35oo cals a day but my carbs are low,mostly protien and good fat,thanks for the advice il up my carbs go with the test and tren and anavr the last 4 wks.

Idk, when i cut i get stronger :)

^^I agree.. tren is the king of steroids.. nothing builds muscle or burns fat better.. and with three cycles under your belt i think you are ready. i would run the var through week 13 though since the test e will take 2 weeks to come out of your system and for you to start PCT
