Beast bro, do you cruise on and off or is this your weekly dosages?
Couple of questions? Because I and I am sure others are curious.
1. Type of protein I didn't see that listed and how often?
none. i don't use supplements.
2. Gym time, how often and how much?
5-6 days a week about an hour each day sometimes an hour and 15mins.
3. Off times I am sure you cruise, on what and how much?
see above.
4. Do you spot inject?
yes in my right bicep. i slightly tore it and to get it to match the other i do that. the localized swelling makes it the same size as my left bi.
3. Pre and post workout supplements?
a vivarin and sometimes red bull. once in a while no explode, just for the energy it gives me.
