How many of you guys run orals on training days only?
How long do you run these cycles?
What substances and what doses?
What do you like and dislike about running orals this way?

I'm curious myself!
I've done with with dbal. 20-40mg pre workout only. Worked well, can help keep strength when dieting.
I've always been one to split the doses evenly throughout the day because "i just feel better" than when taking it all at once. I have no idea if it actually is because it's in my system for longer and there is no huge spike in levels. But, I can tell you that I've tried both ways before and I prefer to dose throughout the day. The one thing that I've noticed is that there is no point in doing more than 30mg of dbol in a single dose, especially preworkout. Over 30mg for me and there is no added strength that translates physically, and really all you get is extra side effects. If I'm taking dbol now I want 10mg tabs and I'm dosing it 10/20/10 with the 20mg coming preworkout. This doesn't mean that other people can't run their orals preworkout only, this is just my preference and suggestion.
Ok, I'm lost or did I mis something here? If you're running gear, you run gear. If you train 5-6 days a week how could you not take it? Help me out here for better reply.
I run my gear (all of it) on or off days.
100mg Tbol on training days only for me. I've tried split doses and all pre workout, slight difference but nothing major. I run orals on days that i lift only because it can get quit expensive real quick, especially ones like var.
Powerlifter who trains 2-3 days a week. I have been trainig for 15+ years and am not a newb so I dont need to kill myself with muscle pump in the gym 5-6 days a week. That shit would destroy what strength I have left in my joints. The goal is to run the orals longer and keep more of the strength gains. So something like this:
12-16 week test cycle
- test base of 500-750mg a week
- Run orals on training days only (2-3 days per week) for entire cycle, except last 4 weeks running it every day, ramping up to a meet
OR
Cruise dose of 200mg a week running orals on training days only, during blast I would just run 4-6 weeks of orals at end of cycle around a meet
I have hear some guys take low dose orals year round as well.
All depends on what and how you respond, stuff like Halo and Cheque drops I would do preworkout only.
Im currently running Var at 50mgs only on workout days. I like it and like Raiden said it gets expensive when you wanna run things like Var or Tbol at a decent dose.
Just had to say upped my MDIEN to 8mg before the gym and made my nose hairs stand up! 4mg I didnt feel anything but double it and man this shit is potent, my back is getting pumped just typing.

Depends where you happen to be on your cycle but I always liked 50 mg's abomb hour before workouts,
What orals specifically. i would say orals like Halo yes run on training days like 30-60 minutes pre-workout, Any other orals I would run in a split dose ed or Eod depending on what it is. You dont want aas fluctating in your body so much that it may create issues in some people. I would run Var ed for sure although expensive for men there is low liver toxicity if any at all but other more androgenics like drol and Db oral I would run a low dose on off days and full dose on training days. Just my opinion. I think consistency is the best habit to get into in this industry, Whatever you think is going to be best for you use. Throw deca in a low dose into the mix or NPP ed or eod and get those joints lubricated and you dont have to worry too much about them. Still I am and remain a firm believer in proper lifting/training techniques. Respectfully,Wake
