Whenever im on a cycle. At night when im sleeping my hands goes numb. I mean real super numb. On morning when the alarm rings im having trouble even picking the phone up. And the inside of my elbows ache real bad. The only way to avoid it is to sleep with streched arms and wide open elbows. Like jesus on the crusifixon cross. Its not exactly comfortable. Is this normal? And can i do anything else than sleeping with open arms to avoid it ?
No Im not using GH.
i get that too. they feel like jello in the middle of the night to where i have to use my other arm to lift the numb one..i was scared when it first happened years ago. lol..ur fine bro
I go through the same thing. It's takes 5 mins to get up. It sucks!
Its an effect Iam sure most of us suffer and dont realize how common it is.
It comes from compression on the nerves cutting blood flow. the reason it is more pronounced on cycle is very simple... your biceps are larger... therefore when you are sleeping with your arms bent your bicep squeezes your nerve cutting blood flow thus leading to numbness and tingling...
I cant count the times I have hit myself in the face/head from "floppy arms"
I hate it when both arms go to sleep at the same time. I'm like a beached whale until the blood flow returns.
I used to get this when using dbol or anadrol, the water retention certainly doesnt help.
A dose of Clen helps combat this issue..
Just sayin'
I am relieved it's not just me. I've been thinking I have nerve damage or something bad. I have had dead hands alot lately at night. I could bite off my own finger if I was hungry enough.
How would Clen help?
would like to know how clen helps as well...
