196lbs want to bulk up more but not to much belly fat, when training i do super sets and the end set is always failure not on legs and DL tho, whats the best weight gainer and the best way to keep the old belly fat to a low
thanks dudes!
I think the best thing to do is make your own out of whole foods like, oats, cottage cheese, eqq whites, bananas, peanut butter, etc... I have recently been using ON Serious Mass only for post workout though. 1 serving is 1250 calories and it is not loaded with sugar like some of the others. I am only using half of a serving and blending it with whole milk, pb, and eggwhites. Calories are around 1100. I dont recommend drinking these weight gainer powders anymore than once a day, preferably post workout. Anything more than that it you will get fat and bloated. I just use it to add an extra 1000 calories in the day.
I use UP YOUR MASS post workout for the carbs. I use it with skim milk. It's great to sip on while on slin
been told super seting will add mass true statement?
Super set just for more cuttin ect?
I wouldnt do a weight gsiner if I wasn't on slin it just easier to manage it for me with working
I personally use prolabs n large II or dymatize serious mass... check the labels and see what give you the best bang for your buck such as carbs (not necessarily sugar) protein, BCAA, per serving...and also how many grams the serving is...but check out the training forums....that needs to be dialed in.....many good knowledgeable bro's here can answer those questions
Two scoops protein powder, 1/2 c of oats, 2 tbsp PB, 2 tbsp Nutella, 1 c whole milk, ice, splash of water...
1150 calories
43g fat
137g carbs
58g protein
Tastes like cheating.
