    1 1/2 into cycle

    I know this is kind of a shitty pic, but I took the last 5 months off from all training and just started back to the gyn 3 weeks ago.

    I'm 1 1/2 weeks into my Test P cycle and thought I'd throw up a pic.

    Stats:
    5'8"
    200 lbs
    48 years old

    I would appreciate feedback...good or bad...lol

    Gunz...I'm pinning 100mg EOD. I'm getting ready to switch to Test E @ 250mg 2x per week.

    As far as the diet...I am definitely not used to eating this much. I try to eat 6-7 times a day ( 1g of protien per lb of body weight), good carbs (granola, brown rice, whole wheat pasta and bread), fresh fruit and veggies, supplement with yogurt and protein shakes.

    People might argue with this but id aim for 2gms of protein per lb of lean body weight. I don't think 1gm is enough, especially while on a cycle when protein synthesis is increased...

    Ive actually taken mine to a bit over 2gms and am making better gains...

    Agree, i shoot for at least 1.5g per pound. I dont noticr much difference higher than that, but definitely need more than 1g. Aim for 350+ and youll be gtg

    Thanks all...I'll do just that.

    I'm pretty sure my bf % is over 15..I was trying to be careful. I'm one of those guys that weight has always been an issue.

    Thx Bigun...I try to work hard, in the gym 5 days a week 4 of those days are 2-a-days but sometimes age catches up to ya on some workout days..lol.

    I gotta give you props...you look AMAZING !!! One day I'd like to look that good.

    Bro you should be running your prop. The first few weeks that you are also pinning your test e.
    That way when you stop the prop there will be no lag for the test e to kick in

    What GG is saying is to run both at the same time from the beginning. If you stop using prop and switch to Test E, you are going to be in a transition period because the test that entered your body with the prop ester will be gone before the test with the Enanthate ester really has a chance to work it's magic. So, what I would do is start the test E now and continue running the prop for at least another 2-3 weeks just so you can keep your levels up.
