    High-Rep Training Programs??

    What's good y'all?

My homie and I have passed the halfway mark in the new Destroy And Flood program, and since I'm the one responsible for this murderous choice, I've left the next 8 weeks up to my friend as far as program choice.

Yesterday he mentioned wanting to go heavy, but for high reps (in the 20 rep range), as to gain some weight on our 5 rep max. Destroy And Flood will become a reoccurring program throughout the year. What a great decision!

He also wanted to harden up his muscles a bit and confuse the **** out of them, so going heavy for high reps is the goal.

Any suggestions on solid, heavy AND high rep programs out there for us to crush for the eight weeks following Destroy And Flood?

There will be a week off in between programs to recover from this mayhem btw.
