LOCATION: City of Des Moines Marina “NORTH DOCK” (by fishing pier); different location from previous 4 years. FYI

DIVISIONS: LW Women (140.4 lbs & below), MW Women (140.5-165.4 lbs), HW Women (165.5lbs & above);
LW Men (175, 200, 231 lbs), HW Men (265, 300, SHW).
This is a PLATINUM level sanctioned contest with NAS Inc. The top 3 competitors in each class will qualify for Nationals.
EVENTS: Yoke Walk for 80 feet 60 seconds time limit
Deadlift for reps 60 seconds time limit
Kettlebell/Circus Dumbbell clean & press for reps (KB for women; Circus DB for men) 60 seconds time limit
Farmers walk for 160 feet (turn at 80 feet) 60 seconds time limit
Keg Loading (4 kegs will be 10’, 15’, 20’ and 25’ away from a 50” tall box) 90 seconds time limit
Please note that all 5 events are planned to be ran two competitors at a time!! (Events are subject to change)
AWARDS: Trophies awarded to the top 3 competitors in each weight class.
ENTRY FEES: $75
ENTRY DEADLINE: Must be postmarked by May 4, 2012. Entries received after deadline is $100. NO EXCEPTIONS!
