    GrouchyJarhead Training

Just to catch up a bit on what I did this week....

    SUN 13MAY2012:
**30min run in shorts and combat boots. Only managed 2.76mi in this time period. Never get old and out of shape, it sucks. After this I went directly into the following exercises, minimal rest in between each.

    **Wide-grip pull-ups - 8 total.
    **Elevated push-ups on push-up bars - 25 total.
**One-arm swings with 16kg KB - 30 per arm total.
**One-arm presses with 16kg KB - 30 per arm total.
**Various ab exercises - 90 reps total.

Goal was to finish the exercises in 20min but unfortunately I went over a bit.

    MON 14MAY2012:
Lots of overtime and family commitments, so by 9pm I was in bed. Once again - it sucks getting old.

    TUE 15MAY2012:
**30min ruck march in the hills around my place with my dog - covered 1.6mi with a 40lb pack. Goal was 2mi but it's a start. Then as before, directly into the following exercises:

    **Chin-ups - 7 reps total.
    **Diamond push-ups - 19 reps total.
**One-arm cleans with 16kg KB - 30 reps per arm.
**Med ball burpees with 8lb ball - 30 reps total.
**Neck harness with 20lb KB - 20 reps total.
**Various ab exercises - 120 reps total.

This time I finished all of those exercises in 20 min. Cool.
