a bit of mrs dashes... about any flavor. I just cut my chicken or fish up and mix them all together like a stir fry. goes down faster that way and mixes the flavor.
Cumin is my current favorite. Sometimes with a bit of soy, both added while cooking.
Mmmm the cumin sounds like a nice touch thanks guys
Cajun spice. I make my own but the ones at the store should be fine.
only downside to soy is the sodium. how about some chilli pepper oregano, or canned jalepenos. not together of course but if you guys like to do the kind of stir fry type deal above peppers give it a nice bite but not over powering hot
sea weed from the asian market comes in slightly different flavors...ya im Japanese..stir fry is a good option, also fried eggs over rice is good...ill eat anything with rice probably shouldn't ask me people think im weird.....ketchup on my rice ....
Cook it with:
chopped onion
green pepper
garlic powder
cumin
turmeric
basil
oregano
and near the end add some tomatoes. Healthy mexican rice
Safflower oil, garlic salt, pepper and salt.
Stolen from the Greek restaurant down the street.
