Is started training seriously at 17 and went from weighing 63 kg to weighing 74 kg in 3 years. Natural. I only started using gear at 21, after much research and diet planning. And I certainly knew what PCT was before I started anything. Im now 23 and weigh 82 kg at 14% BF. Think that's around 180 lbs? And you have to eat a shit load aswell, gear doesnt just "make you big".
Now half way throught the day
8AM - full cup of OATS
10AM - Sasage bacon beans and egg
12.30 - chicken and pasta in a cream sauce
Any suggestions for the rest of the day?
You want every meal to have a protein source, a carbohydrate source and a vegetable. So at 8am you should have had some eggs along with it. It looks like you fat calories might be kinda high by the end of the day from things like cream sauce, sausage. Try and stick to leaner cuts of meat.
This is quite hard due too the nature of my work.
Soemtimes if at the office im ok but at times i can be on site.
Mayb some pesto with the pasta and chiken insted?
