You're gonna be literally pushing all of that food down your throat with a broom handle for a little while. You don't wanna fill up on fluids from supps. Just make sure you're drinking water. Lots of water. You'll have so much food energy though you'll likely find that you don't need any supps.

I only use creatine monohydrate and a whey isolate. That's it!

If you want us to help by keeping an eye on what you're doing, we have a section of hte forum here called Member Online Journals. Start up a log and record your activities every day. Record what you ate and record how you trained. Take a look at some of the current logs in there and you'll get an idea as to how you can get one to work best for you.

I will monitor my day and what i eat/drink today and post it up on here after work.

    Cheers.

Is started training seriously at 17 and went from weighing 63 kg to weighing 74 kg in 3 years. Natural. I only started using gear at 21, after much research and diet planning. And I certainly knew what PCT was before I started anything. Im now 23 and weigh 82 kg at 14% BF. Think that's around 180 lbs? And you have to eat a shit load aswell, gear doesnt just "make you big".

You want every meal to have a protein source, a carbohydrate source and a vegetable. So at 8am you should have had some eggs along with it. It looks like you fat calories might be kinda high by the end of the day from things like cream sauce, sausage. Try and stick to leaner cuts of meat.

Pesto would be a good choice if you make it with olive oil. I have a shitload of containers in my cabinet and I prep and portion all of my meals twice per week. Tht way when I leave for work I just grab the three meals I will need and go.
