    been cruising on 250mg of test e with a elbow injury so only leg machines!

    I cant wait to blast! 2g test e, 800 mg Tren e, anadrol 50 x2ed, and possibly suspension 100mg ed for 2-3 weeks, blasting for 12 weeks.

    Unless you are 300+lbs and solid, I can't imagine you needing that much gear. Even then, I feel like its overkill regardless. Damn man, I don't know what to say besides "holy ****".

    Unnecessary dosages...imo 1g is pleanty of test

    I feel great at 2500mg up to 3g but only for 6-8 weeks I drop down to 1200mg for 6-8 more weeks then cruise, but I will drop the test levels ..thanks guys

    Many cycles in the past, but I stopped juicing at 5 years ago due to moving. I am 256 15% b.f. when I cut up I get to 230 9%. Still trying to bulk, I ganesh over 46 lbs this cycle due to proper eating and juicing atleadt I tho ught. I want to hit 310 and be 265 lean6-7%, I eat 5000 caps a day, 450grams Protien in 8 meals including shakes and one yo your mass for the high carbs pwo, ( humilin r) 10iu

    I use bcaa, creatine and glutamine, I do one body part per day 12 sets heavy. 2 -3 warmups. I took this whole week off due to over load in my elbows. I am cruising at 250mg test e and just did deca yesterday, elbows feel better in one night! Lol. Um I am the only trainer in a small gym, but I worked out of sahra and decatuar gym in las Vegas(golds). That's were I met top b.b. and gym rats who taught me to cycle and slin. I worked along side diana Dennis and frank. Both olympia competors.my gym was clises to the mandalay bay were they use to hosts the show so alit of top B.B went in thrre to workout weeks before the show, sorry rambling now

    I'd love to see a before/after pic of your 46# gain in 12 weeks...

    Thanks everyone, elbow is ready. I tjink for monday.high reps no more than 6 sets per body part, deloading. Can't stop looking at all this gear, I want to start blasting so bad, I am so ready! One more week with cruising on 250 mg test e and deca for the elbow pain at 100mg.
