    Target weekly weight loss for cutting cycle?

    Hello Iron den members, I have a question that I hope someone can answer.

    I am 12 weeks into a cycle of Test-e 600mg and Eq 600mg per week, this is my second cycle.

    I started the cycle at 210 pounds with ~12% bf, and now I am at 235 ~17% body fat. I take a small dose of letro every day, so I am not sure how much of the gained weight is water.

    It is summer so I want to have more definition, and I am contemplating switching from gaining to losing weight. I know that during pct it is important to maintain your weight as to not lose muscle mass, so I want to get rid of the fat before I come off of my cycle. Also it is becoming very difficult to get all of my meals in, while working full time during the week.



    I am struggling with how much weight to safely lose per week, so I can figure out my calorie goal.

    So far from asking people at the gym, I have been getting conflicting opinions, so I turn to you experienced brothers at the ironden for opinions.

    Here is what people have told me:

    Aim for 2 pounds loss per week, and reduce dosage of test-e and eq to 300 mg per week. (I was told reducing the test-e would reduce bloat, but I am not sure how beneficial that would be in regards to fat loss.)

    Aim for 2 pounds loss per week, keep dosage the same, and add one hour of cardio 3 times per week.

    Others have told me to lose up to four pounds per week, since the steroids will help my body retain muscle while the fat is burned. This seems ridiculous and I do not think I could handle the hunger from eating at such a huge deficit.

    I have enough test and equipose to run for a total of 20 weeks at my current dose. Ideally I would end the cycle at or below 12% body fat.

    Also the test-e and equipose are a blend, so I can not change the dose of one without changing the dose of the other.

    If I missed any important information, please feel free to ask.

    I value all input on my situation.

    If I'm fat 2 lbs a week. If I'm lean I watch the mirror not the scale.

    Body fat testing shows 1.5 lbs per week to be the optimal range for me.

    Would this depend on body fat?

    What about height, I am 6'2" if that matters.

    Whats your diet and cardio look like??? Thats way more important than messing with your doses. 40 min of morning fasting cardio. after cardio you need to consume 10grams of glutamine. Then afternoon weight training followed by another 30 min of cardio. During afternoon workout consume another 15grams of glutamine with 5-10 grams of bcaa powder in a crystal light. You should come up with a good meal plan. As far as the doses go, I wouldn't change anything. And for me it seems I can run e.q. forever and still make gains. I would tape your gut and fat parts of your body and pay attention to the mirror more than I would the scale. Running gear and cutting you will recomp your body.. The glutamine and bcaa along with diet will keep you from loosing muscle.

    Height and your bf wont matter. Your only at 17% which is pretty good. I'd suggest getting a real test to confirm that though. Going from 17 to 12% even at a slower rate of 1.5 lbs per week would only take me about 5 weeks. So were not talking about any extremly long and drawn out cut here. You got this....
