Creatine for sure. There is an article posted by guss about the benefits of creatine on or off cycle. After reading that, and based on my own experiences, I will use creatine off and on forever.

Indeed. Why ever go off, you lose your strength and fullness. And only little pussy ass mama's boys believe it's hard on your kidneys... It's not!

Granted re: bench gains. but how r u going to repair those muscle fibers broken down during your lifting?

Ideally you'd take both, but he wanted to know which one if only 1 possible. IMO and experience, Glutamine will yield better quality long term gains. Just my 2 ct.

To repair muscle? Uh... A bb'er diet will do just that. No way will you ever convince me it's worth the cash, especially when short on it.

Let me find that article for you ritch, as it explains why you should cycle off of creatine occasionally and does a much better job than I could hope to.

As for glutamine, a good amino acid powder will have ample amounts of it, such as dymatize recoup or inner armour bcaa peak. And eat enough steak, chicken, fish, eggs, etc, and you don't even really need that.

I buy ON CGT-10 for the most part. Get my creatine and taurine, the glutamine is a bonus.

Get a post workout mix with both. I don't really respond to creatine like some do but I take the shit anyway just in case it feels like working

I would choose GLUTAMINE over CREATINE personally, but it really depends the type, quality and on your usage. I believe creatine glycerol phosphate is the best creatine to choose even over kreaklyn is because it does not come with any of the risk or sides of it's evil culprit version...creatine monohydrate. You can use creatine glycerol phosphate even up to a show date if needed and not have to worry about water retention. Plus you will get a great workout and prolonged pump that's strictly in the muscle only. Remember, creatine will not "make you grow"! Technically is it "helping" you to grow, by enabling you to go stronger, faster, longer by restoring muscle reaction time (ATP) and continually fueling the muscles with oxygen to boost stamina and intensity. Now, with glutamine, I prefer to choose a blend of peptide glutamine. Just plain glutamine can not be absorbed in the stomach because of the stomach acidic enviorment. Glutamic acid found in bovine live and beef protein supplements provide you with enough absorbent "glutamine" to assist in muscular growth and repair. Glutamine is also helpful in mealtime doses when on a cutting cycle because it will help you to maintain stable blood sugar levels that otherwise may be low due to lack of carbohydrate intake. You can also improve your recovery time and prevent minor muscle catabolism if you consume glutamine along with some bcaa's during your workout. Soooo...the question is...which are you more discipline to use? Something you can take once before working out, or something you would need to take a few times a day?

Didn't know you cared about taste more than your overall appearance! Fuel is fuel! Sure there are some horrendous and simply unpalatable supps out there, but when it comes down to it, it's something to grin and bear for what??? A second or so? Pff!

I actually like to use Betancourt muscle candies a couple servings in a day is enough because it has artificial sugars that can irritate some people's stomachs.
