mon: AM chest heavy obliques/ AFTERNOON heavy upper mid back
tues: AM heavy deads/ AFTERNOON interval cardio/jump rope
wed: AM heavy standing shoulder press/ AFTERNOON cleans, snatches, crosfit training
thurs: AM cardio, heavy abs/ AFTERNOON heavy legs
fri: pullups/dips/jumprope 30 min
sat event traininig(heavy)
sun sprints/ event training walks and mewdleys(lighter)
Heavy legs =Squats right?
