    Did anyone notice the shoes he's wearing? They're Olympic weightlifting shoes. I've been saying for years they're the best shoes to wear for everything cept pulling.

    Awesome lift.

    BI most of us wear oly shoes for pressing.I am all over the place if I try flat shoes now that I am used to wearing the oly shoes. Mine have a decent heel on em too.

    They're also awesome for squatting exp if you're a non equipped squatter.
