I wish I could say cold pizza however it was Greek yogurt and granola.
steak and eggs
Greek yogurt, whey and oatmeal shake
12 oz mid rare ribeye, large baked potato, salad.
Waiting on AYCE Wheat Pancakes at Denny's ATM.
Flank, Labneh and Zeytoun (Leb yogurt & olives), and Arabic bread.

Beef and chicken empanadas. Am I seriously the only one that had a cheat today? Oh well..lol
Rinsed ground beef with green beans, carrots, onions and jalapeno peppers stir fried in olive oil. My mouth is on fire rt now, next time i'll leave out the peppers haha.
