I just read that Powerlifting USA magazine has just closed up shop after 35 years.
I feel like the magazine has gotten a little out of touch and isolated a few factions of the sport but it was always a good read. Id pace by the mailbox for days waiting for the top 100 list every year too...
Hopefully the title will get bought up and overhauled, but for now all we're left with is Power magazine and this stupid internet doodad that will never catch on.....
Well this absolutely sucks. I let my subscription run out a while back and was just thinking about renewing it.
Hmmm, good luck finding out when and where contests are coming up. I hate trying to find everything on the "net" all the time.... Maybe this shows my age, but I still like looking up phone numbers in a phone book....
