I have heard a bunch of times that people state that running a cycle of test will screw with their blood lipids. I was looking on the web and found this study which shows doses up to 600mg/week not having a big impact. Is this just a wives tale?
The Effects of Varying Doses of T on Insulin Sensitivity, Plasma Lipids, Apolipoproteins, and C-Reactive Protein in Healthy Young Men
All in all, i think the bigger culprite for a bad lipid profile would be LOW testosterone. I dont think supplimenting test really has that big of an impoact on our blood lipids. This is just my opinion from the little bit of research i've done in the past. Heres a couple of quick reads.

(study on chickens but a good read none the less)
Your main culprit is rediculously High estrogen , imbalance of the other hormones like natural progesterone, pregnenolone.
other good reasons for an AI (controled estrogen, drive it to low can give bad lipids as well) also hcg therapy.
The 600mg ew study showed decent lipid levels. IF any thing lipids improve with good hrt and even up to 600mgs ew of test.
Where the lipids start to go awry is with orals and tren and shit like that....not to mention the extra strain they can put on your heart form high blood pressure. But that's for another convo on another day![]()
