I have a pitbull, I have to walk that dog every morning or Im picking up brownie bizkits off my carpet, that breed is strong as hell, I walk him up a hyuge ass steep ass hill thats about 1.5 miles long then walk him back down and around, takes about 45 min total and the uphill gets you blowin hard.
    Works really well.

I'll either ill do stairs which always makes my heart feel like it will explode, or I go a light job/ moderate run for about 20 mins. Only do that once or twice a week, otherwise I'll drop weight faster than I can keep it coming in.

Walking the dog is a great one, Ive got a 100 german shepherd and walking her is always interesting...Nothing better than when you both get going together in a similar mind frame.
If Im cutting I'll walk and walk only 35-45 minutes in the am then walk 20 minutes after a workout. No need to run unless you being chased and there aint many people I would run from.

treadmill. 9% incline at 3-3.4mph for 20 minutes post workout. Doing this, I can eat burgers and ice cream every day. Ha!

Add some clen/T3, I get leaner by the day, without dieting very hard.insane! Cut the carbs last 3 meals, beach ready in 5 days.

HIIT on a bike or stepper for fat burning. Long duration low heart rate is bullshit.
