I just started taking some fish oil caps yesterday. I took three in the morning today and when I burp it's the worst taste ever. For those who take the fish oil capsules do you suffer from this?
No I never have, but have heard people who get the fish burps. What brand caps are they and are you eating them with meals?
Store them in the fridge... Seems to prevent that for me... Some brands advertise "no fish burps" on the bottles. You can look for those when shopping. Not sure what's in it that prevents fish burps.
Yeah, I know what you are talking about, and it's disgusting, like you have dead fish in your stomach. I solved this by switching my fish oil. They should advertise no fish burps, but the best I've used is Barleans fish oil. Its orange flavored, and nothing related to burps and dead fish happen.

I take mine in the morning with coffee and it takes that away..Otherwise yeah that shit is gross. I dont like talking to anyone face to face either bc of my breath lol
did you try taking them after a meal? Should do the trick, or change brands.
Freeze them .

I've had it happen, as pob says store them in the fridge.
Never ever take fish oil when eating eggs. I took some fish oil then ate a half dozen eggs. The smell of the burp caused me to vomit all over.

Take your fish oil after a meal with lots of water... problem solved.
I too take mine with coffee. That seems to keep the fish burps away. Two cups a day.
