ALLMAX IsoFlex - Whey Protein Isolate Peanut Butter Chocolate
    Natures Best IsoPure

Both simply cause there the best quality that I can find. Additionally I like the low-carb / no carb options along with no fat. If I want additional carbs I'll add them with oats etc...

ON Casein vanilla / chocolate at the moment. I don't use a lot of protein mix these days. I opted to Designer Whey because it is low protein (welcome to my world -- how to eat for muscle catabolism :/ )

ok so i know this thread has been dormant for a bit but i have a quik question.... like ms wetback i typically only get my protein from "real" protein for lack of a better description.....but its not bcuz i dont believe in the shakes, but i cant physically tolerate them... like mighty mouse i have used syntha 6 bcuz it tastes so darn good.. but truth be told, my stomach revolts for a minimum of 24hrs after consumption... and yes i only use water not milk..

any ideas... would love to find the right protein shake that my body will utilize without the revolt!

Maybe try some of the isopure kind. It's expensive as hell but it helped my homie who has IBS get his protein in without stomach issues.

Switching to a different protein source could be something to look into as well. Rather than whey, try some soy or wheat-based protein (ultimate nutrition makes some... But it tastes like ass).

Does milk by itself **** with your stomach?

yep milk does mess with my stomach... i have tried casein, egg albumin, soy... i almost think it may be the artificial sweeteners rather than just being a milk alone issue...

i will look into the isopure.. expensive isnt a problem if it works...lord knows i have spent about a gazillion dollars on protein that killed my stomach and then just went to waste...

Another suggestion for an (expensive) high quality protein: Isolyze
SPECIES Nutrition - Shop Direct: ISOLYZE
