I am happy with muscle gains and size and am ready to do a cutting cycle. I am looking into ECA with anavar to maintain my muscle gains. Does this sound like a good stack? I need help with figuring out how to take my ECA however as I have not been able to find much information on this for females. I am 5'3 135lbs. Currently doing Palumbo diet, going well, but am looking for ECA stack for stubborn belly fat.
Any suggestions on how much E-C-A I should be taken would be appreciated. I am planning on doing anavar 5mg in am 5mg in pm.

Take it earlier in the day if you can so it doesn't give you insomnia at night, close to workout time if it's not to late in the day.
i agree with shine! i took mine first thing when i got up in the morning and then again about 30 mins before my noon workout. that was the latest i would take one unless i was traveling and needed it to help me stay awake
i would go with 20mg.
Right I understand how you would want to do that with a thermogenic. I just don't know how much of the ephedrine to take, for ex: how much ephedra to stack with how much caffeine with how much aspirin. What do you recommend beginning with? I have found so many different things, most with recommendations for men...not a small female as myself.
I totally phrased my question incorrectly. So here it is How do I put together an effective ECA stack on my own (I've heard it is better to do it this way rather than to purchase a blend).

If you put together your own use Bronkaid ephed and not the psuedoephed junk. Kaizen 8mg Hcl would be the best.
MP here I believe has ephedra alkaloids instead of the worthless ephadra extract crap. Now the Unexo ephedrine hcl 30mg was good, darn stuff had me shakin like a MindlessWorks eatin a hotdog! ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Asprin =325 Mg.
Now if you like white grapefruit juice as I done drink 16oz. Glass of that with your stack and get the benefit of nangarine that makes a noticeable difference
White grapefruit juice...really. Is that low carb? I know many don't have sugar added, but still contain a good amount of sugar. Doing a very low carb diet.
For me 1 bronkaid, 1 200mg caf pill and one baby aspirin....

To build your own stack:
· E/C: 1:10 ratio of ephedrine to caffeine. Typical is 25 mg ephedrine + 200-250 mg caffeine
· E/C/A: 1:10:10 – 1:10:15 ratios. Adding in aspirin thins your blood a little to extend the effect of the E/C. Recommendations for aspirin range from a baby aspirin (80 mg) to a regular aspirin (325 mg)
Another variation is ephedrine / caffeine / yohimbine HCl (ECY). Yohimbine is great as an appetite suppressant, but too much of it can leave you feeling sick to your stomach.
· E/C/Y: 25 mg ephedrine + 200-250 mg caffeine + 5 mg yohimbine..
You can take any of these combinations at 2-3 times / day, but it is generally recommended to not take anything after 3 pm, or determine how late into the day the last dose affects you, and make that the latest time of your last dose so you can sleep. Anything that affects your sleep will reduce your quality recovery time and begin to negate any progress you make from the compound you’re taking.
This eca stack can be cycled 4 weeks on 4 weeks off? Is there a better way to cycle it?
