    Thursday 15th of Decmber

18:00 Lower body mobility, trigger point and flexibility session for 45 minutes

Physio giving the workshop had a look at my right knee.
I knew it wasnt in great conditiong (old Tae Kwon Do injury) but I didnt think it was as bad as she told me it was!

basically, Ive been training and competing with lateral ligament damage and PCL damage since 2003.
Its no wonder my right knee takes short corners on heavy squats and ive never been able to squat over 170kg.

The plan for the new year was to start a programme in Dave Kirschen's powerlifitng year 1 book, but Ive decided to knock that on the head and do a 12 week rehab programme for my knee while concentrating on my bench, overhead press and back.

Taking part in a power clean competition on Saturday in my gym, should be good fun.

btw- you can go in and edit your youtube info so that it reads the proper weight. go to manage video, then edit and it will let you change it.

    yeah, thanks for that.
the push up video was uploaded by a friend of mine so I;ll ask him to change the info later.
He's out on the lash at the moment for his work Christmas party.

Had a look through your log there.
You're in great nick, fair play to you.

    which bands?
the ones for reverse band bench pressing?

    yeah, I like them.
Id like some elite fts ones but its prohibitively expensive to get them shipped here to ireland.

I get mine from the UK.
wolverson-fitness.co.uk and they have a great range.
mini's, monster minis, average, strong, very strong and all colour coded.
