My year runs nationals to nationals. With 2011 Nats behind me it is time for new goals and a new log.
Nutnut is working with me on nutrition.I have the goal of body recomposition .I'm not sure where exactly we are heading weight wise .I expect when I get there I will know.I am not at the point I am ready to start posting pics and stats .I will eventually post them.i am a bit ashamed at this point to admit to how bad I have gotten.
Along with that I will still be lifting heavy and working toward achieving my lifting goals which are
240 stone load for 10
1000 lb yoke pick
500 deadlift
450 squat
200 log
200 axle
600 yoke in under 15 seconds
250 farmers for 80 ft no drops

INNNNNNNNN!!!! excellent goals. what about the 1,000 pound yoke pick?
Oh I forgot about that one 4g
not me lol i have been waiting to see you put a half ton on your back! figured with Nats coming up you would have had to stay away from the heavy yoke picks but now that they are over......
BTW, i havent been around as often as i like how did you do in Nationals?
I did not place well but I wasnt unhappy with my performance. I had alot of fun and as always I get knocked down and get back up ,re-evaluate and fix the problem. I will be ready to go in 2012.
Love the goals, you got them all, no doubt. Excited to go along for the ride.
so excited ! I look forward to your log !!
Halo- Not sure on my current stats as far as lifts go.It has been so long since I have maxed I'm kinda clueless as to where I am at .
Over the next few weeks I will be maxing on some things and figuring it out.
Good luck RR. You are a driven woman that I have much respect for.
What program are you running RR?
