Bigger?? I which Brock would start bringing some of his wrestling into his matches and dominate on the ground. You're not getting 278 off of you that easy from a championship wrestler.

For sure. He needs to learn all the other parts of the game, but remember his bread and butter.

I am going to have to politely disagree with this one. Overeem looked like shit in his last fight, but the past 2 years or so he has been absolutely dominant.

Overeem didn't want anything to do with Werdum on the ground....so it made for a boring fight.

I see him KOing Brock within the first 3 minutes....Brock can not take a punch.

With that being said....Brock needs to hope for a lucky punch standing or try to hold Overeem down for 3 rounds...and that wont be easy

The problem is that ALL of these guys are accomplished grapplers...maybe at lesnar's level but they still know what they're doing.

I like Brock as a fighter. That being said I'm saying Overeem wins by murder in Rd 1. You have a guy who cannot take a punch and another guy who is the best striker ever to set foot in the HW division.

Overeem isn't even close to the best striker to ever step into the hw class, can the guy throw fists yes without a doubt he can. But he its definitely past his prime in my opinion 14 years fighting with 8 years at the top level the guy just isn't what he use to be. can he best brock, yes standing up sure anything is possible.but after brock takes him to the ground its going to be over. I just don't think overeem is going to be able to hang with brock on the ground. I see brock taking this by ground and pound in the second round when he takes him down and beats his old face through the back of his head.

Brock is a young fighter and does make a lot of young fighter mistakes, so out is possible, but unlikely

First of all I think Overeem would mop the floor with dos santos if given the chance. Second thing, it seems everyone forgets Overeem has damn good Jiu-jitsu skills and is not a pure striker.

I think you have fallen into the same trap the masses have in thinking the guys in UFC are the best of the best at everything all the time. This is not always the case. There are some damn good guys coming in from other feds that are better , fighters such as Nick Diaz and Overeem. Brock is very much a one dimensional fighter and cannot win against 99% of his opponents without getting the fight to the ground. Whereas Overeem has submission victories over Jiu-jitsu blackbelts. He is a much more well rounded fighter, the hardest striker Brock has ever faced by far and is bigger than Brock.

In no way do I think the ufc has the best of the best, not even close. personally I think k1 is where its at, I'd rather watch two people stand up trading blows then having a bjj shoot out.

Brock just has a decent Chance of running against him that'd all I'm saying.

Add far as bigger yeah by what 2” but gives up 22 lbs

he is not bigger than brock maybe taller by 2 inches..... he weights in at 260 he doesnt even have to cut weight to make the fight!!! brock is around 280 has to cut weight to make fights!!!! not to mention he is the strongest UFC fighter by far
