    Hi,
    I am 41yrs 5"4 140lbs
    Just finished my first cycle about a month ago, it consisted of 10mg Var daily for 6 weeks.
    Notice a big difference for me in the gym and on the ice as well. I loved the way I felt and looked.
    I did at least 6 days of cardio and 5 days of weight training.

    I would like to start my 2nd cycle, I am considering between 2 stacks. Var 5mgx2 daily with Primo 1/2cc. twice per week for 8-10weeks. Var 5mgx2 daily with Winny 5mgx2 daily for 8-10 weeks.
    Or should I just do Var 5mgx3 daily for 8-10 weeks?

    Any suggestions Please

    i personally have not ever done any AAS so have no personal experience with it but we have many other ladies here who run them.

    from what i have read though, you definitely dont want to combine both var and winny at the same time. we have some very good threads on female and AAS if you check out the subforum.

    im sure sassy will have some great info for you when she comes on. she is very knowledgable!

    Forget the winny at this stage of the game Especially concurrent with Primo, both are Dht which you need VERY little of.

    My first choice is Var with Primo. Is that what you are recommending or just stick with the Var?
    Someone else suggested just to try Clen for 2weeks on 2weeks off /

    Since it is onky your 2nd go round I would only use one compound and as you MUST know var is hands down the safest anabolic for Women bar none.
    The Primo or the Winny are very virilizing and could give you masculine issues that you most likely wish to avoid, be very careful of someone pushing you to use dht drugs so soon in your BB endeavors, you can achieve one hell of alot with a tried and true program of training/ diet and "safe" supplementation.

    i love clen. what dosage are you thinking of running? what is your bodyfat?
