I am doing a trial run of "THE HEAT" made by GreatGunz. It is a thermogenic weight loss supplement. The only other supplements I am taking during this trial will be Protein Shakes, Opti-Men Multi Vitamin, and ZMA. I am doing cardio 5-6 times a week for 1 hr and Lifting weights for 45 min- 1hr 5-6 times a week as well. I am eating a clean, high protein, low carb, low fat diet.
Current stats:
28 years old
5'10"
199 lbs as of today.
15.6% BF pinched by the trainer at the gym today.
37.25" at the navel standing relaxed: this is my main concern.
I will post up pictures tonight when i get home from work for comparison in 30 days.
The first week i will be posting up daily how i feel with taking it and how i react to it. After that period i will be updating weekly with weight and measurments.

I will be measuring my BF again after 30 days. I was calipered at 17% at 193 lbs by the same "trainer" with the same method 8 weeks ago. I know calipers are not the most accurate method but it is the only available method i have here. As for the diet/ training, my diet is/has been the pretty much the same for the last 8 weeks, give or take a few meals here and there. Considering I dropped 1.4% BF and gained 6 lbs in the last 8 weeks, we can use that progress over an 8 week period of time to compare to how i do while on this. NutNut, i know you would like to see more scientific results but this is the best i can provide along with my opinion. What i see in the mirror 30 days from now is what matters most. The mid section measurement is MY main concern to see reduced.

Took one cap when i woke up before the gym. Had exceptional energy and was sweating up a storm during my cardio. The stim was high but didnt get me jittery. I waited about 3 hrs to take cap #2. Been drinking plenty of water as I am sweating as heavily as when i was on clen. My appetite is controlled to say the least. I had to force myself to eat a sandwich earlier. Took #3 almost 3 hrs ago and I am feeling great. My energy is really high, i am not shaky or nervous feeling at all, and im not staring at that box of pop-tarts with lust in my eyes. So far I am liking this stuff a thousand times better than Hydroxycut/ Lipo-6 Etc... <-- And I have tried them all. I'll post up again later with how i feel winding down before bed.

Ok so yesterday i took the full reccomended dose of 4 capsules, spaced out over 3-4 hr spread. Really pleased with the smooth and gradual energy. Not really sure how to explain it other than smooth. CEC seems to hit hard and quick and would give me the jitters, but this is not as intense all at once but even energy over time. almost seems like a time release style supp. When i got to my room 6 hrs had passed since the last capsule and i fell asleep with no problems. It wasnt like a crash either. it was as if i hadnt taken anything at all that day, i was just naturally tired.
Today i tried taking 2 capsules when i first woke up/ pre workout. The heat was on for sure. I was sweating like a slave during my cardio. The energy was verry high but i still didnt have the shakes or jitters. so far i have taken cap #3 about 4 hrs after the first 2, and cap #4 4 hrs after that. There are enough hrs in my day i think i can get another one in a few hrs and still have 5-6 hrs before trying to go to bed.
As for my appetite, If you see it please bring it back. I am not hungry at all on this. I really think I could reduce my calories drasticly if i wanted to while taking this. But that is not the plan as i dont want to start wasting muscle.
The sleep is also restful would'nt you say!?
