    That time of the month...

    God I swear I eat the worse in my life during that one week a month. And having PMDD sometimes it's two weeks!

    Anyone else binge on junk food or sweets? lol I seriously have NO will power during that week.

    Gentao, I think your girlfriend and my wife are related bro!!! No shit I pick up the Giant ass kitkats daily and I know to get them before I'm ever asked LOL... The beef jerky and ice cream are exactly the same shit here crazy... LOL....

    Alyse they diagnosed me with PMDD.I took it as "oh so your a bigger bitch than the average Pmsing lady".
    Heavy punching bag work really really helps with the "issues" that happen mentally.

    Aside from sewing my mouth shut there is almost no hope for what I eat the week before.I generally try to compensate by doing a few more hill sprints or more endurance work .

    My raging cranky hormonal sister! Where have you been all my life!? lol

    Yeah, I am on zoloft for the mood swings I get for about two weeks out of the month. It sucks. Thank you reproductive organs, I love you so much. /endsarcasm.

    I'm totally gonna get same chocolate muscle eggs now though, maybe that will help the eating crap all for a week.

    I deal with this too, I want food, all of it, lots of it and now, and sex too. I'll be happy as hell then the next minute the flood gates open and I'm wiping away tears sucks to be a woman and it's gotten worse as I've got older.

    There are only about 3 days a month a woman has to behave. Those days are hard to find as they fall in between the following "cycles.":
    1) PMS - Premenstrual
    Good day 1
    2) DMS - During menstrual
    Good day 2
    3) PMS - Post menstrual
    Good day 3

    Good luck finding those days fellas!

    Any of you ladies try Evening primrose oil to help balance out your hormones and reduce the sides pre and while menstruating? I cannot relate, but my wife says it helps a lot since i started her on it.

    I've used vitex, it helped to regulate me and keep the really tough cycles at bah but didn't get rid of the awfujl symptoms completely
