still only taking the 5mg of Var, and thinking I may not need to increase as I first thought. We'll see. Pumps are insane! No strength increase, but def. no decrease with my cut. Down another .5 lbs. yessss!
Just did arms today. I'm trying to keep things very mixed up for now...don't usually have an "arm" day. but chest was still a tad sore, and legs were sore from DL's yesterday...so, arms it was.
