    160 sandbag picks x 10 with my fingertips.My pick is my weakest part of sandbag carrying and loading.Trying to build some fingertip strength.

    Lol probably gonna be waiting awhile to see burpess in my log LK.However I did do a 1 mile jog and then walked back today.

    I enjoyed it.they arent doign classes right now. I have been working on conditioning at home doing hill sprints and sledge hammer "slams?" I think the best part for me was it got me better conditioned so when I have to do it on my own it isnt such a shock to the sytsem

    Event training went well today

    I am definetly stronger on the 8 inch than I am on the 12 kinda surprised by this.It's been awhile since I have used the 8 and almost knocked myself out on the 165 clean.I know I have to be faster with the 8 on the clean.
    Worked up to 175 .

    Powerstairs 200x 2 steps x 5 sets

    Farmers 155x50 feet x4

    Sandbag medley I HATE this event as much as I hate kegs.
    My pick sucks on these.

    Stones 185x 6
