First off, I would like to thank Porky Little Keg for putting together a badass plan for me. It completely destroys me for a couple days and then allows for a complete recovery before doing it again. I'm loving it, and my lifts are improving every heavy session.
My last squat/dead session I doubled 475 fairly easily on squat, and doubled 505 very easily on dead.
My most recent heavy bench day I doubled 365 with ease, and then went on to hit 380 for a single, 405 for a double with the slingshot, and 420 for a single with the slingshot (regular, not maddog).
I'm very happy with where my bench is at. My squats and deads need to come way up, but they are steadily progessing and that's all you can ask for.
