    I hate eating!!!!!

    I hate being a true ectomorph!! I hate eating!!!! Eating feels like a full time job. I usually eat a lot of the same things to keep it simple. Of course I get to eat some not healthy food cause I burn the calories up. On cycle and it seems I can never get enough food.

    I absolutely love eating.. food is mt favorite thing in the world lol. I eat ~8 full meals a day, yet im always still hungry .. :/

    I hear you SuperG. I actually hate eating too. Never really enjoyed it, unless I'm out at a good restaurant. Before I started training i could happily just eat 1 or 2 small meals a day. Rarely get hungry. Forgot to eat most of the time. Now its 8 meals a day... love bodybuilding and wouldn't give it up but really sucks that a major part of it is something I never liked. But you do what you have to do

    I console myself in the fact that one day when Im old and no longer lift seriously, Ill just eat for fun, enjoy flavoursome food, drink some good wine every night... its gonna be good. Just have to wait 20 years

    You cracked me up on that! I don't think butt-hole has any calories. I like eating vagina also but once again not high in calories. Maybe i should ask to sprinkle protein powder down there to help me out.

    I dread the sound of my alarm on my phone for feeding time. If I have something packed its all good but when I'm out with friends or family they look at me like Im crazy. I carry around the liquid protein tubes with me. Hell I've been in a bar and left my friends to down a tube and pick up some food to get the calories. My friends do not lift at all so they have no idea what I have to go through. Of course I get made fun of and clowned on but dedication is a bitch.

    Being true ecto I have to eat like a horse. And the EO in my cycle is making it worse. I start to feel bad when I miss a meal. Sometimes I get cranky. Had dinner at my parents house tonight 5PM and got a second dinner to go.

    I make the hook up with ramen noodles and tuna with a protein shake to wash it down. The food combos get a little crazy. But you do what you do.

    I eat alot, i always have a appetite... Putting food downs never a problem for me but I'm a natural fatty if I stop lifting I get fat real quick.... I'll trade with you if I could.

    Oh before I forget I can not eat clean 100% all of the time. I will lose weight. Super fast metabolism with working out will make me lose weight. Cut out all cardio and only working on strength and mass.

    I have small joints so when I was at 210 I didn't look that big. I always look so much lighter. Argggg I hate it lol. Maybe I should start playing video games and sit inside all day. lol

    Meal 1: 6 whole eggs, cup oats
    Meal 2 post wo: shake consisting of scoop protein, cup milk, tblsp olive oil, 2 tblsp peanut butter, banana
    Meal 3: two 1/3 lb turkey burgers each on bread with cheese, large sweet potato, salad
    Meal 4: canned fish of some sort and fruit

    And lately ive been incorporating a cheat once or twice a week because weight gain slowed big time, theae cheats are usually a large 3 topping pizza and a large blizzard or something like that... along with my other meals.

    I hear ya man. I'm not big on eating either. But to my surprise I'm eating over 4k cals right now. More of a maintenance. I need a good 5 k to gain...

    I like bags of mixed nuts for an easy calorie boost.

    I have generally viewed eating as an inconvenience and huge waste of time with preparation. As much as I'd like to enjoy cooking and such, there just aren't that many hours between work and sleep to deal with meals each and every day... It should probably be more of a priority, I know.

    One consideration I've had was to cook a lot of food for the whole week, such as on every Sunday.

    What do you guys do... I mean the ones who don't have a supportive woman to fix them what they want !

    ^^^ Gotta cook in bulk for a week or so, I cook twice a week. I know many frown upon this here, but say you get 3 shakes and 3 meals. How hard is that? Your chicken is cooked in advance, eat an egg meal every day, then have a steak for super and make sure your rice is already cooked. Everything here is prepared in a snap.

    Last night before bed, I just stuck 180 grams of cooked chicken cubes between 2 hamburger buns added some ketchup and down it went. Took 2 minutes, literally! To prepare. Just heated up the chicken and toasted the buns.

    There's no excuse!

    I cook a lot of food on Sunday. When I cook boneless skinless chicken breasts I only cook half way. Put some in the freezer for later in the week and the rest in the fridge. The reason I only cook half way is I do not want to eat dry chicken and it saves on cooking time when I throw the chicken in the skillet.

    I do get the Birds Eye steam in the bag rice that you microwave in the bag. When it goes on sale for a dollar a bag I buy a lot of it. Does anyone else buy the microwave rice?
