-8oz egg whites -6tbsp liquid aminos (TwinLab) -1scoop green food (Amazing Grass) -1tbsp Omega3 (Barlean's) -24g multispecie protein (Syntrax) -1 cup raw oats or granola......been slackin' on the carbs lately tho
4 slices of scottish oatmeal bread(made with rolled and steal cut oats) made into french toast, The batter will consist of 4 whole eggs, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, a little salt & pepper. This will be topped with real maple syrup. Next to that there will be two chicken sausages. AND I might just warm up a corn muffin and have one too....
So here I am talking about food, I been carbless now for 42 hours and have been fasting that last 12 and this is just making me hungry I still need to go do an hours of cardio this AM....
Took a large cinnamon roll, cut it into 3 slices, dipped it into some batter and made cinnamon roll french toast! mmmmmm...also made some bacon, 3 eggs, o'brien potatoes with grilled onions and bell peppers. I love potatoes, could eat them all day in any form. Too bad that amount of starch doesn't comply with my diet.
On another note, I've found that having a cheat day during the week works out better than a weekend day. On a weekend, I have much more time to plan out where I want to go and what I want to eat. during the week I'm busy with work so I just eat out at a sandwich shop or something and don't realy worry about what I order. If I have a cheat day on the weekend, I might eat out at a sit down restaurant twice in a day. Harder on the diet and the wallet. During this time of year, my cheat day is usually on Mondays so I can have some pizza and beer during Monday Night Football.
