To me, if you have no concrete quantifiable goals, I don't see what the point of doing a full blow cycle is. Staying fit and in shape sounds like what the skinny fat people say at the local Crossfit by my house. I would access why you lift and exercise, what it means to you and set quantifiable goals first (bench X, run a mile in Y, deadlift Z, maintain BF at 11teen pct, etc.) and then go from there.

Having said that 250 -300 a week is more than a TRT dose. People certainly cruise at that dose, but even 200mg a week is considered supraphysiological. I'm not qualified to answer whether this is harmful for you, but I'm sure you could get a fairly wide range of opinions on the subject.

I will say this though from my doing my own first cycle at a later stage in life. The general first cycle advice seems to be run a higher amount of test and maybe an oral like dbol. I think those with more wear and tear may want to think of adding in something for joints (deca/npp, eq, var). But I am somewhat new to this myself so maybe I'm just an idiot.

If you dont want to gain and u simply want to maintain then I wouldnt bump up... Jyst my two... As far as as hurting yourself, im not in a position to answer that. I do know that i wouldnt bump unless i had higher expectations.

    Wtf?

I think op is asking whether he should lower his dose or stay at current schedule.

Op: that's what I would call a cruise, but if your goal is to stay the same weightclass then I would try and go 150-200 ew and see if that would do the job.

Regarding damage to yourself I think only bloodtests and bp could give a hint on that.
