Been a while since I've been on here, I've changed out my profile pic, I have made quite a change since last time..gonna try my very best to keep a daily journal. Would appreciate any advice anyone has for me on "lookin my best." Gonna keep bulking for 6 to 8 more weeks and get a little more muscle before I start cutting in time for bikini weather!!! Struggling with a strained muscle in my chest at the moment but it seems to be improving...I'll try to get a few more pics on here that are more recent and much better!!
