Exogenous glutamine supplementation is essentially useless. L-Arginine is most likely useless for the reasons you are utilizing it.

I don't see how protein bars are useless, as its just another source of protein to meet your macros.

All thermogenics (OTC) are useless, just about zero affinity on cyclic amp.


There are currently no Myostatin Inhibiting agents available to the general public.

Zinc and magnesium supplements for strength. Never got a damn thing from them...other than poorer.

Leucine is a key amino acid for muscle growth. Studies have shown that it does enhance muscle growth.

For making body building you should use the supplements .The supplement used is FDA approved and must not have any side effects , to gain weight and make body building use good supplement.

Bro, are you serious with your post? That's what you have to had to this discussion? You pick out one amino and say studies have shown it to enhance muscle growth. hahahahaha

Afer 12 years of experience I only use protein powders when I am on cycle, vitamin D3, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Vitamin B complex, creatine and beta-alanine. That's about it. Nothing compares to real, whole foods.
