So my wrestling season has started, my diet has consisted of popcorn, rice cakes, sometimes fruit, and chicken(sometimes) during wrestling my weight fluctuates alot, yesterday i was 143... Today i am 150. I had a tournament yesterday (placed fourth) i am happy the way i am looking right it doesn't look like I lost much muscle since i consume no calories some days to make weight. My training partner still pushes me to go to the gym at least 3 days a week. Its funny cause being on such low calories, i hit a new pr for dumbell press 95 well here are some pics
