Whatcha getting in ya in the mornings?

I've been trying to get more fats in earlier since I run slin later in the day.

When I wake up I've been starting with 3 tbsp of the Omega 3 Jiff.

It's 24g fat but 19.5g are mono and polly and only $2.48 at Walmart.

Also a shake with 2 cups skim and a scoop and a half of natural whey.

An hour or two later I have a cup of oats with 1/2 a ripe banana, a little sugarfree syrup and 3 or 4 eggs depending on how hungry I am.

Usually just smashing about 4 eggs, two whole wheat toast, and a banana. With water of course

1 or 2 wheat free, gluten free carrot cake cup cakes.

It changes though. Last week was 5 eggs and 2 servings of steel cut oats with raisins and Stevia.

Then later in the week last week was wheat free, gluten free donuts.

Nice to have a change.

To be wheat free, and not processed as much they're pretty good. Would definitely recommend them.

As soon as I get up, I drink a cup of coffee and then follow that up with a 24 oz protein shake (with all the fixins'...:)...). Then, I workout. Then I start real food...

Six egg whites, two whole eggs, one cup raw oats, one cup 2% milk, one banana.
Oh, and of course some dbol.
