Finally gonna post a log. Hopefully I'll start capturing some videos soon to post as well. Been using 5/3/1 for about a year and a half now.. with a couple brief stints on other methods.. but i keep coming back.

5/3/1- BBB 3 month challenge

Called it quits there for the night.. all the chins had me spent. I trained later than usual, and didn't take a pre. I was worn out. All in all a great workout. No complaints.

Good workout tonight. Felt strong as ****. Wendler doesn't recommend going for extended reps on the top set during the BBB 3 month challenge, but I can't resist. Cut it off at 9 though.
