Watching the Olympia right. Well I keep hearing references to the athletes having or not having "the conditioning". That having the mass is good but not if "the conditioning" is not there. What exactly does that mean?

How lean/shredded/peeled/thin their skin is.

UHC is correct. Conditioning is a generic term that refers to the leanness of the BBer in general. Another term you'll see is "spilling over" which is a smoothness that occurs if the carb-up of a BBer takes in too many carbs after a severe carb depletion. I used that term twice in my contest prep, but the truth was I was just chubby. LOL
