Hi people due to my new job I don't have time to sit down and eat my meals through out the day so iv start blending it up and drinking them I'm looking to know am I still getting the same benefit than eating soiled foods the reason I'm asking this is because I don't feel as full for long
It can be done but not something that should be done all the time as it will soften the lining of you stomach and digestive track. Which can be a bad thing later on.
