Hello Iron Den Peeps!

It has been a long time me posting anything on here, so it is time I do it right? For starters, I have been keeping up with my workouts. Consistent, no taking days here and there, and just doing what I have to do to keep this body looking good at my age (46). I promise I will post some pics later, but for now, this is what I am currently doing:

6 Days a Week, Sunday Rest Day
Mondays & Thursdays: Upper Body + Cardio
* Flat Bench Press 2 X 20
* 1 Arm DB Rows (ea. arm) 2 X 20
* Military Press 2 X 20
* Bicep Curls 2 X 20
* Triceps/Rope 2 X 20

Tuesdays & Fridays: Lower Body + Cardio
* Squats 2 X 20
* Static Lunges 2 X 20
* Calf Raises 2 X 20-50
* Ab Crunches 2 X 30-50
* Leg Raises 2 X 30-50

Wednesdays & Saturdays: Only Cardio
* Treadmill Jog/Walk, Incline at 15% 30 minutes

I just started this workout and completed 1 week. Tomorrow I will decide if I want to stick with this routine or go back to what I was doing. Any tips/comments will certainly be appreciated... even a quick hi! :dbells::dbells::weightlift:

I'm ready to follow here.
Sounds decent. Give it a try and test it and see how your body feels.
Great work!

Thanks for sharing. Let's know how you get on over the next few weeks with tagging cardio onto your lifting days. I'm 48 & train 6 days but dedicate only 2 to cardio ( 1 hour on each day). I found that trying to do cardio & weights on same day affected the gains I was trying to achieve. Plus the 2 hours cardio a week is enough to help keep my body fat low which enables me to concentrate purely on lifting on the other days. (After a quick warm up). But it's whatever works best for you & only through trial & error will you find out. Good Luck!
