His recovery process has been rediculously fast.

I think the injury was 4 months ago?

He's already squatting 500 + , and his openers for his upcoming competition are huge.

My question, how is it possible to be squatting heavy again after surgery just 4 months ago?

What peptides and other stuff do you think is being utilized?

If I had started squatting or dead lifting 4 months after my surgery I would have had to go BACK to get surgery again.

I've been super impressed watching his progress. I don't know how he can overcome the mental challenge of getting back under the bar.

I think he mentioned that on fb during a squat session last month.

Super impressive!

He took his therapy seriously. The gh he is most likely running helped but run all the gh all you want that won't get you squatting big that quick.

He also made a bunch of adjustments to how he squats to get the pressure off his knees.

He is a beast. I am good friends with his cousin and he tells me all about the guy. Haven't talked to him recently or heard anything. But IMO I would say some GH is definitely being utilized along with some other things. Gotta love the wonders AAS/PED's can do for a body. I am sure that he also took his rehab/PT extremely serious and worked hard at it to make an earlier comeback and to heal as fast as possible. We all know it's hard to stay down from this lifestyle. I know if I were in the situation, id do everything I could to be back under the iron as soon as possible.

On another note, really glad to hear he's back squatting and hitting it.

That is amazing. Not sure what he used in his recovery, but I wouldn't underestimate the power of peptides. I tore my distal bicep tendon off the bone. Like Brandon, I took my rehab very seriously. My surgeon practiced with the Yankees, so he knew the importance of an aggressive rehab to minimise atrophy and maximize recovery. What he didn't know is was taking tb-500 and bpc-157. He said he never seen a faster recovery. I was pulling 500 at 4 months.

Wow man, that's really impressive!

Did you have a mental block to get over with pulling heavy on your freshly repaired bicep?

Big time! When you hear that zipper sounding tear, you never forget it. I would stare into the mirror as I lifted just waiting for it to happen again. Even to this day, I still get phantom pains at the tuberosity but I just lift through it hoping for the best.

Wow man, its impressive and motivating to me that you're able to push through it.

I have the same remembering sensation for my back.

I know what you mean about as you're lifting just waiting for it to happen again. That really messes with me.

I'm too stubborn to stop though. Haha

I talked with him a month or so ago....

I won't get in to any drug info here, that's not my place to share publicly - but it's nothing as crazy as a lot of guys are thinking.

He has 3 things helping him.
1- He's taking recovery really seriously and has a great mindset.
2- The injury wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be. He blew his shit apart, but it wasn't as bad as they first described it.
3- He's been doing PRP injections..... platelet rich plasma that a doctor sticks back in to your knees. He swears by it.

Either way, it's a mind**** to have lost so much size and still bust ass to come back and still get under weights after something like that happens. Says a lot about the guy to be able to do that.

Thanks for sharing Porky.

Didn't he post on fb about those knee injections?

That sounds beyond painful.

The platelet rich plasma injections and gh are the way top athletes are healing injuries so quickly. That Dr Galiea from Canada who was busted for GH was a specialist with it. He was Tiger Woods Doc.

Its how all these nfl guys with torn acl's like Brady, Petterson and welker got back on the field within a year of the injury.
